The reservation staff were friendly and efficient. I had a foot massage in the spa and the lady was Fantastic! the beds were rock hard and neither of us managed to sleep very well. The reception area had an overwhelming smell of chlorine as the spa doors were left open the whole time. |

The staff were great and child friendly, my four year old loved it and didn't want to leave. The food was not up to standard for a 4* hotel, but maybe i was expecting too much! |

Es muy tranquilo y confortable y la zona Spá un acierto para la tarde después de una mañana ajetreada. Pedimos habitación de fumadores y cama de matrimonio y cuando llegamos al hotel ni se habían mirado las observaciones ya que tuvieron quince días para decir que podía ser o no. |

les instalacions en general la major part del personal no parla català i alguns no l'entenen. No trobo correcte que el servei de mitja pensió no inclogui la beguda al sopar (mínim l'aigua) |

que tuviese parking interior y que su precio fuese solo de 4.50€ dia.en general si lo recomendaria. cuando llegamos al hotel era ya de noche, y el parking exterior no habia ninguna farola que iluminara la zona. me parecio mal.en la habitacion del hotel habia el tragaluz, llame a recepcion para que me dijesen como se abria la cortina para ver el cielo , pero me dijeron que no funcionaba.me parecio mal que no funcionara. si se rompe se arregla no se deja sin arreglar. |

La facilité d'accès, le calme et le petit déjeuner. Le repas du soir plutôt moyen. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français. Le personnel de la restauration (en salle) est limite agréable. Le supplément pour l'accès au SPA : 13€ et toutes les boissons en suppléments (non comprise dans le repas - personne ne nous en a informé nous avons eu la surprise lors de l'addition). |
